Your contract with the airport Hotels featured on this website

Upon booking an airport hotel, you will be sent an e-mail confirmation of your booking in the form of an ‘Airport Hotel Voucher’, at the time that this confirmation is sent your booking is confirmed. The date of your booking is the date that appears on the e-mail confirmation. All bookings are subject to our Booking Conditions including cancellation charges and amendment fees.  Once your booking has been confirmed, the airport hotel service provider is responsible to you to provide you with the services that you have booked.
Please note: Upon receipt of your airport hotel voucher it is important to carefully check the details of your booking.  Should the need arise for you to amend or cancel your booking, an amendment or cancellation fee may be charged (see full cancellation and amendment policies below).
Transfers to and from the Terminal: Please note that some hotels offer a shuttle transfer to/from the airport, you may need to pay for these locally, therefore please check the website carefully for details.
Please ensure that you have a copy of your airport hotel voucher with you as proof of booking.  This voucher may need to be presented to reception at check in unless stated otherwise in the procedures.
Full payment for your airport hotel is due at the time of booking.  Please see our privacy policy regarding the security of your personal information.

Amendments to existing bookings are possible and can be made on-line in our booking amendment section. Please see our amendment policy below:
• - You cannot make an amendment to an airport hotel booking in the 24 hours prior to the arrival date printed on your booking confirmation, or any time thereafter.
• - Certain conditions and charges may apply when changing details, if charges or fees apply they will be taken from the original card details given at the time of the booking.
Cancellations to your booking must be made through and are subject to the Terms and Conditions set out in the cancellation policy.  Please either use our on-line facility via the amendments section or send your cancellation request to .  Please note that a request for cancellation will only be accepted by email, should the lead passenger request the cancellation.  Cancellations cannot be accepted verbally.  Please see our cancellation policy below:

• - You cannot get a refund or amend an airport hotel booking in the 24 hours prior to the arrival date printed on your booking confirmation, or any time thereafter.
• - An administration fee of £15:00 per room, per night applies to all other hotel cancellations and to amendments where the result is a reduction in the number of rooms or nights   originally booked.
Cancellation Waiver Charge
Airport Hotel cancellation waiver costs £1:99 and must be purchased at the same time as your airport hotel booking.  This will protect you from cancellation charges in accordance with our cancellation policy. Therefore should you need to cancel your Airport Hotel for any reason, you can do so and you will be given a full refund minus the cost of the cancellation waiver. 
• - You are able to cancel your booking up to the 24 hours before your stay date.  
• - If you cancel your booking in less than 24 hours before your stay date then no refund will be given.
• - Full refunds are given minus the cost of the cancellation waiver.
• - The cancellation protection offered by the Cancellation Charge Waiver is not available if you are booking for the same day or the next day.
Changes and Cancellations made by us:
There may be the occasion whereby we may need to make changes to your booking after it has been confirmed, we reserve the right to do this if so required.  If we have to make a change to your booking we will advise you as soon as possible and will offer you a choice of the following:
1. - Accept the changed arrangement, or
2. - Choose an alternative product of a similar standard [for less expensive products we will offer a refund of the difference], or
3. - Cancel the booking, in which case you will receive full and prompt refund of all monies you have paid to us

All Hotel Star Ratings
These are based on Holiday Extras own ratings [the provider for all of airport hotels].  When giving the rating Holiday Extras considers customers feedback combined with regular visits from their staff.   Holiday Extras also assess the suitability of the hotel for the purpose it is being used for.  The ratings will not always be the same as other nationally recognised schemes.
Transfers to and from the airport are included in the price within scheduled times [not always 24 hours], unless otherwise stated. Please check the transfer details when you get your confirmation to ensure they are suitable for your flight times.    

Room Only Bookings
Please ensure that you check the parking details when you book as not all hotels allow you to park for free overnight.

Airport Hotels including holiday parking
Car parking arrangements vary for each hotel and parking will not always be at the hotel.  Please ensure that you are clear on the parking arrangements before you confirm your booking.  Parking is always at the vehicle owners’ risk.   Hotels' own car parks can be unsecure unless otherwise stated.   Where a hotel with parking package uses a secured car park, this is clearly stated and cars are parked subject to the terms and conditions of the individual car park (available on request from car park provider or email ).  In these cases, you will often park for the night of your stay in the hotels' own car park, which may not be fully secured.
Where parking is offered as an 8 or 15 day option or inclusive package, the full 8 or 15 days does not have to be used, but there is no reduction in price if it is not.   If you leave your car for longer than the duration included, you are likely to be charged locally by the hotel or car park for any extra days used.

Car Keys
To ensure an efficient operation you must be prepared to leave your vehicle keys with the hotel, or car park staff, if requested to do so.
Standard Rooms
Facilities differ at each airport hotel, please ensure the room you are booking has the facilities you require before confirmation your booking.

Your confirmation will tell you if breakfast is included in the reservation.  Where breakfast is included please check the times it’s served.  No refund is given for missed or unused breakfast.

Leisure Facilities
Where hotels have leisure facilities there may be charged and restrictions put on child access.  If you want to use the facilities check for full details before confirming you booking.

Wake Up Calls
As hotels do not take responsibility for alarm calls we strongly suggest you take measures to ensure you use either an alarm feature on your mobile or use a travel alarm clock.  If you miss a flight the hotel will not accept responsibility.

Customer Service
We pride ourselves in maintaining excellent customer service standards, all complaints are taken seriously and fully investigated, complaints must be made in writing to and our aim is to conclude within 28 days of receipt of your written complaint.

Our responsibility to you for your booking
As we are acting as a booking agent for the airport hotel service provider, we are only liable to you as the customer for losses directly arising from our negligence in processing a booking. is an agent acting on behalf of Holiday Extras for all of the airport hotels.  When a booking is made through you are bound by their terms and conditions.  To view the terms and conditions of Holiday Extras airport hotels, please use the link below.

Upon booking your airport lounge through, you accept responsibility for the proper conduct of yourself and your party.  The service provider reserves the right at any time to terminate (before or after departure) your booking.  Full cancellation charges will apply and no refund will be given.  Furthermore, the service provider shall be under no obligation, whatsoever to pay compensation or meet any costs or expenses you may incur as a result of said termination of your booking, in accordance with this paragraph.  If your actions or those of any member of your party cause’s damage you agree to fully indemnify us against any claim (including reasonable legal costs) made against by the service provider.  Lastly, you are also liable for reimbursing the service provider for any damage caused.

Please also read the Website ‘Terms of Use’ and take note that such Terms of Use are incorporated into these Booking Conditions. To the extent that there is any conflict between the Website Terms of Use and these Booking Conditions, the Website Terms of use shall prevail.
